PrinterLogic appoints CMO

PrinterLogic has announced that JD Carter has been promoted to Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for product definition, corporate branding, product marketing, and demand generation.
Prior to this, Carter served as PrinterLogic’s vice president of commercial sales.
“As PrinterLogic’s fifth employee, JD has played a key role in PrinterLogic’s success,” said Ryan Wedig, CEO of PrinterLogic. “From the time JD joined the team in 2013, he has been a trusted confidant and success driven leader, helping revenue to grow by an astonishing 1,700 percent.”
After earning a degree in Business Administration, Carter received an MBA with honours from Southern Utah University. His extensive experience in sales and management ranges from startup ventures to building international distribution networks.
As vice president of commercial sales at PrinterLogic, Carter was responsible for new customer acquisition, retention, and advocacy. Committed to serving each customer, Carter was instrumental in pushing PrinterLogic’s customer retention rate to 97 percent, along with achieving a “Net Promoter Score” of +66.
“I’m excited to take on this new role along with its added responsibilities,” said Carter. “There’s a lot of work to be done as we continue to broaden and clarify the PrinterLogic brand and product offerings.”
