Zygoquest advises Pinnacle Office Group

Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group served as the advisor to Pinnacle Office Group, Inc. and its owner Gary Plinario on the sale of assets to PopSmart Technologies, LLC and its owner Reed Melnick.

Pinnacle Office Group was owned and operated by Gary Plinario. Pinnacle was an authorised full-line RISO dealer, Samsung full-line dealer (now HP) and Xerox reseller for both A3-A4 products. Pinnacle also was an authorised reseller of MBM paper-cutting and folding products. Pinnacle was located in Carrolton Texas (north of Dallas) and conducted business throughout the greater Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston and Waco/Temple Texas metro markets.
PopSmart Technologies is owned and operated by Reed Allan Melnick. PopSmart is headquartered in Dallas, TX and conducts business throughout Mexico and South Texas. Reed Allan Melnick formerly owned and operated Nevill Document Solutions. PopSmart specialises in selling and servicing Kyocera equipment and was ranked one of the fastest growing companies in Dallas Texas. PopSmart also provides customers with imaging technology solutions.
