Zhono publishes video guide for firmware downgrade

In the company’s latest video, Zhono has put together instructions on how to downgrade firmware version for the HP M281 printers.

Prompted by a customer request, the company has now produced a video with instructions of how to downgrade the firmware version in the HP M281 printers from version 20221010 to 20220414.

Zhono’s engineer takes users through a step by step explanation of what needs to be done to achieve the downgrade.
