From late April to early May 2025, major printer manufacturers such as HP, Ricoh, Xerox, Brother, and Kyocera released firmware updates.
Following extensive testing, Zhono’s engineers confirmed that its compatible chips used in these printers and copiers remain unaffected by the OEM firmware upgrades. The chips function correctly with both previous and current models of the devices, the company said.
