The company has announced that it has been named Xerox Gold Partner of the Year for the second time.
ZenOffice explained that it had been awarded Xerox Gold Concessionaire Partner of the Year for 2017, an accolade it has now received for the second time.
The company stated that, “This comes after a momentous year for our Managed Print Services division having achieved a record year for performance with over 30 percent growth.”
ZenOffice explained that its MPS division, headed by Group Sales Director, Dale Needham, “continually achieves targets with the help of its ongoing partnership with leading managed print vendor Xerox. Due to its knowledgeable and experienced managed print professionals, MPS are highly regarded as a trusted partner to approximately 500 customers.”
Tracy Rabone, Xerox Channel Business Manager, says “This is great news for ZenOffice, an award well deserved!”.
In 2017, the MPS division were able to launch a new professional service partner programme, Zen Enterprise+ which has recently seen the successful partnership with Pure Technology Group, strengthening the ZenOffice MPS offering and proposition.
The division also increased its managed devices from 1357 in 2016 to 2200 at the end of 2017, with print volume increasing from 87 million to 94 million, and currently proactively managing 11 million prints per month. The MPS division also accomplished its first cross-border deal with Euro Garages who operate more than 1000 filling stations within the UK and Europe.
Dale Needham, Group Sales Director, says, “It’s great to work as part of such an amazing team who continually go above and beyond. Our success is achieved through the tenacity to always provide a first-class service to our valued customers.”
Les Kerr, Group CEO, says, “I can’t understate the significance of this achievement especially when you consider we were up against some very successful competition. Some dealers have been trying for over twenty-five years to achieve this and we manage to do it on two consecutive occasions.”
Key goals for 2018, according to ZenOffice, are to further develop a learning culture within the MPS division and across the ZenOffice group, and to grow the team to make the customer journey more efficient, streamlining delivery and implementation.
