Xerox scoops 15 BLI awards

The OEM revealed that it has won a grand total of 15 BLI awards during the winter season, acquiring the most of any vendor.
Xerox’s wins this year include the overall “BLI 2018 Monochrome Printer & MFP Line of the Year Award,” the “Outstanding MFP App Ecosystem” award for the Xerox App Gallery and 13 “Winter Pick” awards for AltaLink and VersaLink being top printers, copiers and MFPs in their categories.
The company’s AltaLink and VersaLink Workplace Assistants secured big wins in this category for bringing outstanding usability and reliability to workgroups of any size.
“Xerox’s Pick winners excel far beyond the needs of everyday office workflow,” says George Mikolay, associate director of copiers/production for Keypoint Intelligence—Buyers Lab. “The devices provide an incredibly user-friendly experience thanks to a tablet-style interface with slide/swipe navigation, not to mention access to ConnectKey® apps from the Xerox App Gallery to speed up and simplify everyday tasks. And excellent reliability, easy-to-replace supplies, and outstanding feedback all but eliminate extended downtime for service.”
Four VersaLink products received high marks for intuitive design and app integration to boost productivity. Tony Maceri, senior test technician for Keypoint Intelligence—Buyers Lab, says the VersaLink models “are incredibly easy to use thanks to their smartphone-like touchscreens and ConnectKey® technology, which lets users download a variety of apps to streamline workflows and add functionality.”
This year Xerox also received the “BLI 2018 Monochrome Printer & MFP Line of the Year Award.” The OEM’s VersaLink products earned Picks for standout performance and feature sets that bring time-saving technology to large workgroups.
