Xerox promotes Suzan Morno-Wade

Xerox has announced the appointment of Suzan Morno-Wade as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.

In her new role, she will be reporting to Vice Chairman and CEO John Visentin and serving as a member of the company’s Executive Committee.

The OEM says Morno-Wade will work in partnership with the Xerox leadership team to drive a human capital strategy that facilitates and supports the company’s transformation and success. Suzan will be focused on instilling best practices around talent management, learning, total rewards, and organisation capability required to drive business outcomes and future growth of the company, adds the company.

Suzan’s global human resources expertise is critical to our company as we reinvigorate the innovation engine, ensuring that we have the best people with the right capabilities, leadership skills, and culture to bring our vision to life,” said John Visentin, Vice Chairman and CEO, Xerox.

Morno-Wade joined Xerox in 2016 as vice president of Total Rewards, to lead the compensation and benefits strategy. She brings 20 years of experience to this post with a background spanning several industries including technology, oil and gas, industrial and consumer goods.
