The company explained that the new facility marks a key milestone in its “Reinvention”, establishing inside sales as a strategic growth engine across its portfolio. Entering a high-growth tech market with Xerox IT Solutions allows the company to serve the evolving needs of clients seeking scalable, secure and cost-effective digital infrastructure solutions.
Xerox IT Solutions has shown strong momentum, with Xerox leveraging its brand and existing client relationships to drive cross sales of IT services alongside its core print offerings. By scaling a client-centric model powered by AI, Xerox is expanding coverage, supporting SMBs, and freeing up field teams to focus on strategic accounts, all while delivering personalised, high-impact client experiences.

To celebrate the grand opening, Xerox hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by San Antonio Mayor Gina Ortiz Jones and Jeff Webster, President and Chief Executive Officer of the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce. This event marks the start of a broader hiring initiative, with 20 employees on board this month and plans to expand to 180 over the next few years.
