Xeratek acquires fellow Xerox partner

The UAE-based company has revealed “a significant milestone”, in the form of the acquisition of Sky Technology LLC’s Xerox Business Operations.

Xeratek described the acquisition as “a transformational moment” for the business, “as it is the first take over by a business partner of another Xerox partner” in the region.

Xeratek has scooped Xerox Emirates’ Overall Channel Partner of the Year award for seven consecutive years, while Sky Technology LLC was named Xerox Emirates’ Emerging Channel Partner in the year of its launch.

Xeratek explained that the acquisition “demonstrates our longstanding commitment to the Xerox brand” and said that SkyTec’s customer base “will now have access to and benefit from Xeratek’s industry leading account management as well as our full range of products and solutions”.
