Working Mother honours Lexmark

Lexmark has revealed that Working Mother has once again named the OEM among its annual “100 Best Companies” for 2018.
The designation celebrates companies that lead in the areas of female career advancement, paid parental leave, childcare assistance, benefits and flextime.

As part of the recognition, Lexmark Senior Software Engineer Ildiko Robey is featured among the Working Mothers of the Year.

I also truly appreciate the company’s onsite childcare centre, which enabled me to take breaks and feed my infant every few hours. Thanks to Lexmark, I was able to be the mother I wanted to become.”
