The latest addition to Utec’s product range are replacement chips for use in various Okidata devices.

In October 2020, Okidata launched a new colour LED printer in Japan, the Okidata C650dn, which the OEM said are ideal for retail, hospital, healthcare, education and construction sectors. With space saving technology, the OEM upgrades the structure, claiming its C650 is the world’s smallest high-performance colour printer. The new printer is now also available in Europe, Australia, and Asia Pacific.

Utec said that it is “first-to-market” with these new replacement chips for use in Okidata C650dnw, C650dn and C650dni devices. The company added that these new replacement chips are “easy to install” and are a “reliable solution with consistent performance”.
