Utec highlights latest additions and promotions

In the last few weeks, Utec has announced several new products and promotions.
One of the announcements was new additions in the company’s SmartDuo range. The highlights were new replacement cartridges for Borther’s TN660/2320/2350/2380, TN2365, TN2385, TN450/2220/2225/2280, TN3480 and TN850/3440/3448 cartridges. In its announcement the company said that replacements for the TN760/2420/2421/2450 cartridges are coming soon.
Its SmartTact range saw the addition of compatible cartridges for use in Brother DCP-L2550DN/L2510D/L2530DW/L2537DW, Brother HL-L2310D/L2350DW/L2357DW/L2370DN/L2375DW and Brother MFC-L2710DN/L2710DW/L2730DW/L2750DW devices. These cartridges come with page yields of 9,000 pages.
Promoting its “patent-safe” solutions, Utec promoted its replacement cartridges for the Brother TN2420 and TN247 series cartridges. The company said: “Our IP safe solution can keep you safe from Ecommerce takedowns.”
Utec added to its replacement cartridge range new solutions for use in HP Color LaserJet Pro CP1025/1025NW/M175A/M175NW, HP TopShot LaserJet Pro M275 (Worldwide), HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M176/Pro MFP M177 (Worldwide), Canon i-Sensys LBP7010C/7018C (EMEA), Canon LaserShot LBP7010C/7018C (AU) and Canon image-CLASS LBP7010C/7018C (CN) devices. These new additions come with Print-Rite’s PR3 dongle gear solution.
Another “hot item” from Utec are replacement cartridges for HP’s CF217/CF230/CF294 cartridges which come with Print-Rite’s PR2 gear.
Some new parts were announced as well during the last few weeks. Utec announced new compatible OPC drums for use in Ricoh IM431F, Sharp MX-B350W and Konica Minolta C3350 series devices. The company said its “durable high quality OPC” offer “stable transfer during whole lifecycle” and “high wear resistance”.
Utec also announced new replacement chips for use in Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE 2725i/ 2730i/ 2745i and Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX 4825i/ 4835i/ 4845i devices which come with page yields of 30,000 and 42,000 respectively.
Another “IP-safe” solution highlighted by Utec are its replacement cartridges for HP’s CF244A, CF248A and CF247A cartridges.
A new solution of “no waste toner cartridges” was announced recently that the company promotes as “up to 100% toner can be printed with the patented toner recycling system” and the solution offers a “1-step-refill”. This new solution is available for replacement cartridges HP Q2612A/CC388A/CE285A/CB435A, HP CB436A/CE278A/CF283A and Canon CRG-337/CRG-328 cartridges.
One of the latest announcements was for compatible drum units for use in Kyocera PA2000/PA2000W and Kyocera MA2000/MA2000W devices.
