The company has announced the hiring of six new members of staff in its sales, customer service and solutions divisions.
As DealerSupport reveals, Richard Hall is the latest team member to join the solutions side of the business, joining UTAX to take the helm as solutions manager. Hall has acquired 28 years of experience in the industry, working for Canon.
Named as the new area sales manager for the South is Jamie May, who has just joined the regional sales team. May also has 20 years of experience at Canon under his belt, and stated, “I’m looking forward to working with the UTAX Partners in my area. I believe that by working together we can challenge the status quo and encourage business growth.”
A new area sales manager has also been acquired for the North, in the form of John Hamilton, another industry stalwart with three decades of experience to draw upon.
UTAX’s customer support team has three new additions of its own: Mark Teasdale, Joanne Wallace and Rachael Titcombe.
Teasdale has 18 years of experience in office and account management, having previously worked at First Data and World Pay, while Wallace has 25 years of experience working for BP in customer service and helpdesk supervisor roles and Titcombe has 26 years of experience “gained in customer support and sales management roles.”
UTAX’s Managing Director, Shaun Wilkinson, stated:
“I am delighted that we have appointed some very talented and experienced personnel members. We feel we have chosen the right people to assist our customers. These changes to our teams will help us to achieve our principal aim: to increase our efficiency levels, both internally and externally.”
