University of Cambridge partners with Konica Minolta

Konica Minolta has been awarded the multifunction device preferred supplier contract by the University of Cambridge.
Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd announced it has been awarded a new multifunction device contract as preferred supplier for the University of Cambridge. The company will supply all University departments and its 31 constituent colleges with approximately 750 of its bizhub multifunction devices (MFDs) during the lifetime of the contract.
Jonathan Smith, Head of Public Sector at Konica Minolta commented: “We are delighted to be awarded this new contract to support the prestigious University of Cambridge. Founded in 1209, the University of Cambridge is the fourth-oldest university in the world. In 2020 it had 24,450 students and 11,528 members of staff employed in academic, academic-related, contract research, technical, clerical, and secretarial roles. The University is a globally diverse institution with students from over 147 different countries, and promotes the interface between academia and business, with a global reputation for innovation.
