The UK-based Data Destruction and IT Recycling company has achieved ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001 certifications.
UK-based Uniq Recycling offers data destruction and IT recycling services, recently achieved certification to three international Standards: ISO 9001:2015 (Quality), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental) and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management).
These internationally-recognised Standards will help Uniq Recycling to instil a systematic approach in their daily activities, improving efficiency, reducing the impact of their organisation on the environment and ensuring that information security remain paramount at all times.
Hayley Shorthouse, Director at Uniq Recycling said: “I am very proud to announce that after a lot of hard work we have now achieved ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001. We hope these internationally recognised standards help to reassure we will continue to strive meet the needs of our clients and customers when you have any Mobiles/Laptops or IT equipment for buyback or disposal.”
ISO 27001 is the only accountable international standard that clarifies the requirements of ISMS (information security management system). The certificate defines a set of systems, processes, procedures, and policies that manage data risks like information leaks, hacks, theft, or cyber-attacks.
