Turbon Products is reorganising the group.
In 2018 the sales organisations of Turbon Europe GmbH, Embatex GmbH and EBP AG were merged under Turbon Products GmbH. The group organisation now consists of Turbon Products GmbH, based in Feldkirchen, Austria which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Turbon Products AG who are based in Hünenberg, Switzerland.
The German entity Turbon Products GmbH is no longer active, and its affairs are being wound up. Attorney Marc d´Avoine, of D’Avoine Teubler Neu., has been appointed to handle the winding up of the company.
