Toshiba named Top Workplace

Toshiba America Business Solutions received top grades from employees to again earn the Orange County Register’s Best Workplace honour.
Toshiba once more received the 2019 Top Workplaces Award by The Orange County Register, because of employee feedback gathered earlier this year from a survey administered by a third party. The anonymous survey, administered by Energage, LLC, measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, engagement and connection.
“For the second year in a row, Toshiba America Business Solutions continues to set the standard as a Top Workplace in Orange County,” said Samantha Gowen, Business Editor at The Orange County Register. “The company has created a culture in which employees say they feel like they’re a part of a ‘global’ family’ where they can make a difference while working with a ‘great team of people.’ Congratulations, Toshiba, for making each employee count.”
Toshiba added that its leadership strives to foster and maintain a highly positive and engaging environment for every employee.
