Orange County Business Journal once again recognised Toshiba America Business Solutions’ welcoming and affirming atmosphere by naming the solutions innovator a 2025 Best Place to Work in Orange County, California.
Toshiba was recognised this year and last for scoring favourably on an employee survey, anonymously conducted by the Orange County Business Journal and Workforce Research Group. This countywide survey and awards programme was designed to identify, recognise and honour the best places of employment in Orange County, California, benefiting the county’s economy, its workforce and businesses.
Organisations throughout the county entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in Orange County. The combined scores of the evaluations determined the top organisations and the final ranking. Workforce Research Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Orange County while analysing the data and utilising their expertise to determine the final ranking.
“The Business Journal’s Best Places to Work is a highly coveted honour that Orange County’s top companies strive to earn and is the most prestigious award of its type in Southern California,” said Orange County Business Journal Editor in Chief Peter J. Brennan. “Toshiba is a long-time and well-respected member of the Orange County business community.”
Toshiba’s workforce was in better than 90% positive agreement about their company in the following five areas: Core Employee Experience; My Job; Communication and Workplace Culture; Relationship with Your Manager; Diversity and Inclusion.
Within survey responses, company employees praised Toshiba’s favourable workplace with many effusive comments. One Toshiba employee wrote, “Toshiba’s managers work with, and are encouraged to work with individuals to support them in their job, help them grow and provide training for improvement. It is a very supportive and secure environment in which to work. The Toshiba team is comprised of some of the smartest, hardworking and ethical people I’ve ever worked with. Each individual contributes to the team.”
