Toshiba named a 2024 Best Place to Work

Orange County Business Journal affirms Toshiba America Business Solutions’ welcoming culture and environment by naming the company one of the 2024 Best Places to Work in Orange County, California.
Toshiba was honoured by scoring favourably on an employee survey, anonymously conducted by the Orange County Business Journal and Workforce Research Group. This countywide survey and awards programme was designed to identify, recognise and honour the best places of employment in Orange County, California, benefiting the county’s economy, its workforce and businesses.
Organisations from across the county entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in Orange County. The combined scores of the evaluations determined the top organisations and the final ranking.
“Toshiba America Business Solutions is a long-time and well-respected member of the Orange County business community,” said Orange County Business Journal Executive Editor Peter J. Brennan.
Toshiba’s workforce was in better than 90% positive agreement about their company in the following five areas:
- Core Employee Experience
- Your Job
- Communication and Workplace Culture
- Relationship with Your Manager
- Diversity and Inclusion
Company employees affirmed Toshiba’s positive culture and environment with numerous glowing comments. One Toshiba employee in particular wrote, “From the top-down, there is a culture of strong ethical, financial, social and personal responsibility – people are welcomed and encouraged to do the right thing, for the right reasons. People work hard because they feel responsible, empowered and accountable for their actions and those of our team. People are supported and new ideas/diverse backgrounds are welcomed. It’s a great organisation where people choose to stay and the sum is greater than the individual parts.”
