Toshiba introduces cloud-based Encompass MPaaS

Toshiba America Business Solutions is simplifying the printing process for organisations of all shapes, sizes and sectors.
Toshiba’s new cloud-based Encompass Managed Print as a Service (MPaaS) subscription programme is accomplishing this objective while enabling today’s distributed workforces to print more securely, sustainably, efficiently and affordably.
Whether working from a corporate office or home office, as well as any remote location, subscribers receive the necessary hardware, supplies and solutions to successfully manage their document workflow. Toshiba also presents flexible pricing options coinciding with businesses’ current print needs.
Encompass’ cloud component enables real-time order tracking, service requests, usage reports and an analytics dashboard. Such functionality ensures optimum user performance and productivity with proactive and automated supply replenishments – sent next business day if need be.
Encompass also serves to right size subscribers’ hardware fleet. Toshiba’s patented fleet assessment tool ensures organisations deploy the most cost-efficient, secure and productive devices possible whether Toshiba or third-party systems.
