This distinction recognises Toshiba resellers throughout North and South America that are meeting and exceeding the company’s stringent requirements for customer support success.
Toshiba’s ProMasters Elite Certification programme measures authorised resellers globally delivering exceptional customer service, support and training. Toshiba annually conducts the recertification process of each Toshiba dealer.
