TonerPartner Group acquires Roussellecom

The German online printer consumables retailer, TonerPartner Group, has acquired a leading French online printing supplies retailer RousselleCom.
The German online printer consumables retailer, TonerPartner Group (“TonerPartner”), has announced the acquisition of Amiens-based RousselleCom (“RousselleCom”), a leading online printing supplies retailer in France that operates the CartoucheClub.com and RousselleCom.com webshops.
The company said: “The acquisition of RousselleCom constitutes an important step for TonerPartner to expand its footprint across further European markets. The combination will create a leading player in the French online market for ink and toner cartridges.”
