Toner-Dumping.de Orth & Baer GmbH now called G&G Germany GmbH

On 24 May 2024, Toner-Dumping.de Orth & Baer GmbH changed its name to G&G Germany GmbH.
With the entry in the commercial register the German distributor of the Ninestar brand G&G is now called G&G Germany GmbH. The shareholders of the previous Toner-Dumping.de Orth & Baer GmbH have unanimously decided on this name change.
“G&G Germany GmbH is the official contact in Germany for all questions and concerns relating to the large range of G&G products. Whether it’s classic G&G inks and toners, G&G printers, G&G label printers or G&G accessories for labeling devices, label printers or photo printers – we sell the entire range,” explained Managing Director Daniel Orth.
The Berlin company has been an official G&G partner since 2019 and Ninestar has been a 24% shareholder since 2020. Last year the two partners renewed and extended the exclusive contract for the distribution of G&G products in Germany.
“With the name change, the close collaboration will now be even more visible to the outside world,” said Orth.
The Managing Director of Ninestar Image Tech Limited in Zhuhai, Eric Zhang, explained: “The global development of our G&G brand is Ninestar’s top priority. We are pleased about the very good, stable and trusting cooperation with our partner in Germany. Our customers not only expect the highest quality products, but also contact persons and service on site – that’s what G&G Germany GmbH stands for.”
The Berlin company already supplies G&G products to many dealers in Germany. “The demand is great because the range of products on offer is getting bigger and bigger,” said Senior Business Development Manager Karl Kallinger: “G&G is the only alternative brand that is also an original manufacturer with its own printers. In addition, G&G offers everything from a single source: ink and toner – both brand new and recycled under the G&G Reborn brand, as well as accessories for label printers and labelling devices and when new cartridges are available, G&G is guaranteed to always be the first to have a working alternative in its range.”
The name change has no impact on the company’s other business areas. Both the stores in Berlin and Hamburg and the online shop will retain their previous names. There will also be no changes to the management and shareholder structure.
