The Recycler Live: Programme now live!

We are pleased to announce the conference programme for next week’s The Recycler Live conference.
The event at the Holiday Inn, Prague Convention Centre, will include contributions from leaders from across the European market and will cover a range of issues from legislation, market dynamics, supply chain issues, the OEM perspective, and a lot more.
“It has been three years since our last conference, and a whole lot has changed in the world and it’s been a long time without engaging face to face, that is, in this industry, a lifetime. Within the current guidelines, we wanted to bring as many people as we can together in Prague to share insights and new opportunities. That starts with a conversation over coffee, lunch, a beer, or dinner,” said Stefanie Unland, editor and publisher of The Recycler.
Day one kicks off at midday with the Pitch up and ask us anything session. Delegates can pitch up and ask us (our panel) anything about office imaging and get valuable feedback from our panel. Next up is ETIRA’s man in Brussels, Secretary-General Vincent van Dijk who talks about politics and legislation.
Next up is Maxime Furkel (Head of Government Affairs EMEA at Lexmark), who explores how an EU funded project could help boost the circularity of the printing industry.
Last year the new EU market surveillance regulations came into force. Javier Martinez (President at Etira) will talk you through the Market Surveillance obligations and how the Spanish authorities have implemented the new and faster customs pre-clearance process.
The day’s conference programme ends with a “don’t miss” panel session entitled Europe a turning point?

Day two starts early with the “CRM – best practices in 2022” workshop with GM Technologies Zoltan Matyas. He shares his expertise in advanced CRM / inbound lead generation to drive the next wave of change in how we do business B2B.
Next up is Deborah Hawkins (Director of Office Group at Keypoint Intelligence), who shares Keypoint Intelligence insights about “Document Trends in the New Normal”.
In the “In the year 2022” presentation, David Connett talks about the market changes, trends and issues in Europe today.
Jan de Kesel, Managing Director at ISN-Partners, has an interesting presentation “Are you going to Band-Aid your business into the 2030s or take the cure?”
The final conference session is “Reman – A Brand for Europe?” This session looks at 40 years of expertise in reuse (recycling and remanufacturing) and 40 years of bumping heads with the OEM community. What does the future hold for a reuse brand? David Connett will talk you through the concept, and Vincent van Dijk will talk you through how the ETIRA label programme works
The winners of all The Recycler 2022 awards will be announced and presented on Thursday evening at the Awards dinner.
For ETIRA members, the General Assembly is at 16.30 on Thursday in the main conference room.
