Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group “seeking to unite” served as the advisor to Nextrio, L.L.C. and its owners Michael Bernstein, Bradley Feder, Cristiane Street, Joseph Cracchiolo and William Street on the sale of its membership interests to The Network Pro, Inc.
Nextrio, L.L.C., headquartered in Tucson, Arizona and founded in 2002, was owned by Michael Bernstein, Bradley Feder, Cristiane Street, Joseph Cracchiolo and William Street, and operated by Cristiane and William Street. Nextrio has delivered IT services and solutions to over 1,500 clients in the Southwest United States, including advanced technology consulting, IT Managed Services, Cloud services, IT infrastructure and virtualization, data backup and disaster recovery planning, network security, remote working and mobile management, tech vendor management and other IT services and solutions.
Nextrio’s clients represent diverse industries including professional services such as financial, legal, and insurance firms; healthcare, automotive, high-tech manufacturing, hospitality, cross-border supply chain importers and exporters, property management, renewable energy and non-profit firms.
