Zygoquest Group, a firm which specialises in mergers and acquisitions, has revealed that it has served as advisor for The Lioce Group regarding its acquisition of Digital Print Solutions International (DPSI).
Digital Print Solutions International (DPSI), headquartered in Decatur, Alabama was owned and operated by Eric Grisham and Trey Clark. DPSI was a full-line authorized Sharp dealer and authorised to sell and service printers for HP and Lexmark. DPSI provided office equipment and document solutions and services to customers located throughout Northern Alabama.
The Lioce Group, headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama, with a satellite location in Birmingham, is owned and operated by Nick Lioce. The Lioce Group is a provider of sales, service and support for office equipment and automation software in North & Central Alabama. The Lioce Group is an authorised Canon, Toshiba, Konica Minolta, HP and Lexmark dealer.
The Lioce Group plans to integrate DPSI’s employees into TLG’s Huntsville location. Eric Grisham and Trey Clark will assist in transitioning DPSI’s employees and customers into The Lioce Group family.
