The Electronic Office of Asheville acquired Reliant Data Solutions

Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group “seeking to unite” served as the advisor to Reliant Data Solutions and its owner Kyle Bartley, on the sale of assets to The Electronic Office of Asheville.
Mike Dudek, through his Law Office of Mike Dudek, also served as the attorney on this transaction for Reliant Data Solutions and its owner Kyle Bartley.
Reliant Data Solutions, located in Hendersonville, North Carolina, was an IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) founded in 2006, and owned and operated by Kyle Bartley. Reliant Data Solutions provides customers in the West North Carolina region, including Upstate South Carolina and Eastern Tennessee, with a menu of IT services and products including IT Managed Services; Network Monitoring; Network Security; Software and Technology Training; Computer Repair; and Data Backups.
