The tenth edition of the four day Remanexpo, part of Paperworld event gets underway today in Hall 6.1.
Welcome to Frankfurt everyone and Gong xi fa cai or Gung hay fat choy to our visitors from China on this the first day of the Chinese New Year.
The annual Paperworld trade show, encompassing the tenth edition of the Remanexpo product group, opens today with thousands of visitors expected in to Hall 6.1 of Messe Frankfurt, Germany, to meet with, connect with, trade with and chat with the wide range of companies exhibiting at Remanexpo, from every corner of the industry and from all across the globe.
“Last year’s opening day was busier than previous years, bustling with positivity” said Stefanie Unland, The Recycler’s editor and publisher. “Last minute visitor registrations are up which is always good, and the Frankfurt weather is almost spring like.
2019 was another challenging year for the industry. In recent weeks the market feedback has been very positive on the outlook for 2020. Customer demand is still there and just needing well-managed and proactive companies to offer quality products and services.”
Todays The Recycler Live seminar programme opens with David Connett, a partner and Connett & Unland GbR taking an in-depth look ‘Inside Remanufacturing’, and a look across the industry over the last year.
Firmware is an ever evolving issue in the industry and this afternoons Firmware Forum is a great opportunity to find out first-hand the firmware update issues, the impact on the market, how technology can block firmware updates and how you can restore previous firmware versions.
Keynoting the Firmware Forum is Jon Chan, Global Branding Manager, Consumables BU, Ninestar Corporation opens the firmware forum and sets the scene with his “We can’t stop the upgrades, but we can minimize your loss.” Presentation.
