Technocom Business Systems has acquired Document Imaging Solutions, based in North Carolina.
As IndustryAnalysts reports, Technocom Business Systems, an independent office solutions and document management provider, has revealed the acquisition of Statesville-based Document Imaging Solutions.
Technocom, which has been in business for 32 years, “is looking forward to expanding their marketplace to the Statesville, Hickory, and Winston-Salem region.” Document Imaging Solutions’ president, Bruce Cook, and his business partners Mark Hawks and Bobby Cartner “will remain an integral part of the operations.”

Technocom and Document Imaging Solutions are described as “very similar” in terms of their core business values and “dedication to their local community”, and via the acquisition they will be able “to leverage each other’s strengths and grow stronger together.”
