TechData announces new Vice President

Tech Data has named Amanda Lettmann as Vice President of Global Customer Experience.
Tech Data announced that Amanda Lettmann joined the company as the Global Vice President of Customer Experience. The company explained that Amanda will guide the global strategic direction of the customer experience management (CXM) practice, working to scale customer-centricity, and transform real-time insights for predictive engagement and innovation across Tech Data.
Lettmann brings 24 years of experience in business and digital transformation, customer experience operations and omni-channel strategy.
“Amanda’s extensive experience in transformation within the IT industry coupled with her passion for creating and implementing amazing experiences makes her the optimal fit for this role,” said Tech Data Global Chief of Staff and Customer Experience leader, Els Demeester. “Amanda is a servant leader with a proven track record in innovative NextGen technologies for customer agility, as well as strong competencies to accelerate our insights capabilities in AI, Business Intelligence and Predictive Analytics. We look forward to the increasing Customer Experience differentiation at Tech Data.”
Lettmann joins Tech Data after holding global enterprise leadership positions at Dexcom, Adobe Systems and Dell/EMC, where she oversaw global business transformation, customer experience operations, and mergers and acquisition integrations. She has lead business solutions consultancies for both the public and private sectors, and additionally has served in the technology startup and SMB markets as an operations officer, customer growth strategist, and technology innovation advisor.

Lettmann holds an MBA in Technology Management and certifications in Program Management, Business Change Management, and Lean Six Sigma. Having served on Active Duty, Amanda is a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
