Worldwide semiconductor revenue to grow 13.7%

According to the Worldwide Semiconductor Technology and Supply Chain Intelligence service from International Data Corporation (IDC), worldwide semiconductor revenue is expected to reach $661 billion (€632 billion) in 2022, a 13.7% year-over-year growth rate following strong 2021 results where revenues reached $582 billion (€556 billion).
APeJC HCP market only sees slight decline

According to the IDC Worldwide Quarterly Hardcopy Peripherals Tracker, the Hardcopy Peripherals (HCP) market in Asia/Pacific excluding Japan and China (APeJC) recorded 3.71 million units in the first quarter of 2022, a 0.4% decline from 3.72 million units a year ago.
