Epson faces new firmware Class Action

On 25 February, John Galgon, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, filed a Class Action Complaint against Epson America, Inc. alleging that “Epson’s firmware “updates” act as malware”.
HP gets firmware Class Action dismissed

The action was first brought by Florida based John Parziale and others on 27 August 2019 this year in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, HP’s principal place of business and headquarters.
