Big penalty for Dell Australia for misleading consumers

On 14 August, the Federal Court ordered that Dell Australia Pty Ltd pay AU$10 million ($6.47 million/ €5.93 million) for making false and misleading representations on its website about discount prices for add-on computer monitors.
HP faces new Class Action Complaint
