Construction to begin on Epson Atmix factory

Epson Atmix Corporation (Atmix), a group company of Seiko Epson Corporation, will invest ¥5.5 billion ($36.7 million/ €34.8 million) in plant and equipment for the construction of a new factory, a sustainable metal refinery that will recycle waste metal to produce the raw material for metal powder.

Epson completes switch to renewable energy in Japan

Seiko Epson Corporation will, on 1 November, become the first company in the Japanese manufacturing industry to convert to 100% renewable electricity for all its domestic sites, amounting to a total of 530 GWh annually.
