Fuji Xerox to end agreement with Xerox

Following on from yesterday’s announcement about the name change of Fuji Xerox that takes effect 1 April 2021, Fuji Xerox has announced that it will end the Technology Agreement with Xerox effective 31 March 2021, although it will continue to supply Xerox with Fuji Xerox product.
Static acquires minority share in Jadi

Static Control Holdings Limited (SCC) is purchasing ten percent of the shares in Jadi via a “subscription agreement”.
