Statement: Hubei Dinglong Co., Ltd to European Customers

Following a successful show where the coronavirus was a topic of conversation, Hubei Dinglong’s Ian Copsey has issued the following statement to European customers.
Subject – Support for European Customers on Bulk Toner Purchases
31 January 2020. Due to the very unfortunate situation in China with the Corona Virus, I felt it necessary to advise our customers, that we can continue supplying through this period from our Rotterdam 3PL Warehouse.
Orders are processed and issued via China to Broekman, our 3PL partner in Rotterdam, NL and our staff in Wuhan are working from a remote office to allow for business continuity. This means as of 3.2.20 we can continue to process and ship orders from Rotterdam, NL.
At current stock levels we have sufficient inventory to last for approximately 3-4 months based on historic order patterns. Any orders that are substantially above historic customer averages will be closely reviewed to enable us to support all customers through this period.
I would also like to clarify that at the recent Paperworld event in Frankfurt there were no Wuhan based employees on the stand. We actually made the decision prior to the show to manage with European based staff and some temporary staff from our Zhuhai office.
Sadly, we have seen a report on Social Media intimating we had Wuhan Staff at the Show. This is totally incorrect and was misrepresented by an individual not even present at the show.
