Speed Infotech Czech achieves ISO certifications

The company’s Chinese parent has revealed that Speed Infotech Czech s.r.o has been awarded the ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 certifications.
Created in October 2017 by Speed Infotech (HK) in order to meet rising European customer demand, Speed Infotech Czech s.r.o acts as a customer service centre offering a variety of key services, including real-time technical support, urgent deliveries, chip resetting or exchange services, and quality control of warehouse stocks.
In addition, its Eastern European location ensures faster response times for European customers, which was one of the main reasons for its establishment.
Located in Moravský Písek, the 1000sqm facility is headed up by 25-year industry veteran, Cory Holtkamp, and a team of 10 experienced staff, each with more than 15 years of experience in R&D, production, quality inspection, logistics, recycling services and administration.
Announcing the achievement of Speed Infotech Czech’s ISO certifications, Speed Infotech also revealed that the Czech team would be increasing to 30 staff and the facility itself would be expanded by another 1000sqm over the course of the next 2 years.
