Source Technologies, a provider of specialised printing solutions, announced the acquisition of the printer assets of AMT Datasouth, a manufacturer of robust impact and thermal printers.
This strategic acquisition expands Source Technologies’ product offerings and strengthens its position in the secure and specialised printing market.
AMT Datasouth, known for its durable and reliable printing solutions, particularly in industrial and transactional environments, brings a complementary product line to Source Technologies.
This acquisition will enable Source Technologies to offer a wider range of printing technologies and solutions to its customers, including:
- Enhanced thermal printing solutions: The addition of AMT Datasouth’s thermal printing technology will broaden Source Technologies’ offerings in label, barcode, and receipt printing.
