Sharp Corporation announces new CEO

Sharp Corporation announced the following executive personnel changes as of 1 April 2022.
In its announcement, Sharp Corporation named Jeng-Wu Tai as succeeding CEO, Po-Hsuan Wu as Deputy CEO and Toshiaki Takayama as Executive Managing Officer and Head of CEO Office.
Po-Hsuan Wu has been announced as Representative Director, Deputy Chairman but is subject to be finalised and agreed during the next Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and board members’ meeting scheduled to be held in June 2022.
