Sharp acquires Allstar Business Machines

Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group “seeking to unite” served as the advisor to AllStar Business Machines, Inc and its owner Howard Leib on the sale of assets to Sharp Electronics Corporation. 

AllStar Business Machines, Inc., headquartered in Boynton Beach, Florida was owned and operated by Howard Leib.  AllStar Business Machines, founded in 1991, was an authorised Sharp dealer and sold and serviced office equipment to customers throughout the Southeastern coast of Florida including Palm Beach, Broward, Martin, Miami-Dade & Saint Lucie Counties.

Sharp Electronics Corporation is the U.S. subsidiary of Japan’s Sharp Corporation. Sharp sells its B2B products and solutions in the U.S. through Sharp Business Systems, the direct sales division of Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America, which markets Sharp’s full line of multifunction printers and professional display products. Sharp Imaging and Information Systems of America is a division of Sharp Electronics Corporation.
