Rouse Consulting acquires DCS Computer Services

Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group have revealed that they served as advisors to Rouse Consulting Group, Inc. and its owners Paul Rouse and Jamie Crawford on the purchase of the assets of DCS Computer Services, Inc.
DCS is an IT-Managed Services Provider located in Davenport, Iowa, and was owned and operated by Steve Verhille and Tracy Skaggs, who has now joined Rouse Consulting’s management team.
DCS has been providing customers with a range of IT Managed Services and solutions since 1985, including cloud computing, technical support, server solutions, outsourced IT and BDR.
Rouse Consulting Group was founded in 1995, with its headquarters situated in Moline, Illinois. The company is also an IT-Managed Services Provider, serving clients in 27 US states and 3 countries with various IT Managed Services and support.
Among its achievements to date Rouse has been ranked third on the latest Small Business Edition MPSmentor List and is 250th overall on the 2018 MPSmentor top 501 MSP List.
Terms of the transaction between the two companies remain confidential.
