RJ Young announced that Harris Delchamps, Director of Enterprise Sales, has been appointed to the Board of Directors for IBPI (Independent Buyers Group, Inc.), the largest buying group for office technology dealers in the United States.
Since joining RJ Young in 2012, Harris has held multiple leadership roles across both the office equipment and technology divisions. In his current role as Director of Enterprise Sales, he oversees sales strategies and business growth initiatives across RJ Young’s expanding enterprise solutions.
“Harris has been instrumental in driving growth and growing the business portfolio at RJ Young,” said Brantley Pearce, CTO at RJ Young. “His strategic insight has significantly contributed to our success, and I am confident he will bring that same value to IBPI’s Board.”
Throughout his career, Harris has been recognised for his leadership and industry impact. He was named a 2018 Cannata Report ‘Young Influencer’ and was honoured as one of Nashville’s Top 30 Under 30 in 2019.
Beyond his professional achievements, Harris is involved in the community, volunteering with local nonprofits that support underserved youth in Nashville and individuals in Middle Tennessee affected by Cystic Fibrosis.
