Ricoh reports on global International Women’s Day celebrations

Ricoh joined the global call to celebrate and elevate women’s achievements, reinforcing its commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to grow, lead, and succeed.
International Women’s Day is a global day, marked annually on 8 March, celebrating all women’s social, economic, cultural, and political achievements and raising awareness for accelerating gender parity.
This year, Ricoh teams worldwide celebrated International Women’s Day, shared best practices, and committed to meaningful actions that drive sustainable change.

Ricoh headquarters hosted its 9th annual International Women’s Day event, marking the second consecutive year of a globally live-streamed webinar for employees worldwide. The event featured two panel discussions with executives and global employees, exploring the current state of gender equity at Ricoh and the steps needed to accelerate progress.
Ricoh Malaysia hosted a Networking High-Tea, where employees and industry leaders discussed practical steps organisations can take to close gender gaps and advance women in leadership.
Ricoh New Zealand partnered with Menopause Matters NZ to distribute 2,000 bilingual educational posters on menopause awareness, ensuring that critical health information reaches workplaces and medical centres nationwide.
Ricoh North America held its annual region-wide virtual event celebrating women’s contributions to history, culture, and society. The event featured an inspirational guest speaker and Ricoh leaders.
Ricoh Latin America marked its eighth consecutive year celebrating International Women’s Day with a hybrid event broadcast from Puerto Rico. More than 700 colleagues and customers joined remotely, while over 120 women customers attended in person. Ricoh said that the event created space for meaningful conversations around closing the gender gap and reinforced Ricoh’s commitment to championing gender equity in the region.
Ricoh Europe hosted a region-wide webinar for 1,500+ employees, featuring discussions on male allyship, inclusive leadership, and the role of gender diversity in workplace innovation.
Ricoh Spain celebrated its five-year journey in gender equity initiatives, including the Ariadna leadership program and the expansion of a Male Allyship group, now connected to a more significant DEI movement within Ricoh Europe.
Ricoh Netherlands held an IWD breakfast session, where employees discussed inclusive workplace practices and women’s leadership experiences.
Ricoh UK participated in an industry-wide event, reinforcing its commitment to creating opportunities for women to lead and thrive.
