Ricoh makes it into Magic Quadrant

Ricoh has announced that it has been positioned by Gartner, Inc. in its 2019 Magic Quadrant for Managed Workplace Services, Europe report.
Gartner evaluated 16 providers, including Ricoh, in the Managed Workplace Services (MWS) market. Amongst other criteria, Ricoh was evaluated for completeness of vision and ability to execute in the managed workplace services (MWS). As a result, Ricoh has been included in the Magic Quadrant for Managed Workplace Services, Europe.
According to Gartner, “Gartner defines managed workplace services (MWS) as a subset of the IT outsourcing (ITO) market. MWS includes traditional end-user outsourcing (EUO) as well as new digital workplace services to provide cloud-first, automated and integrated support to end users. EUO services include: 1. Service desk, 2. Desktop/laptop outsourcing services, for both physical and virtual devices, 3. Mobility services, to manage mobile devices and tablets. MWS is centred on delivering a digital workplace experience that promotes the digital dexterity of end users, boosting employee engagement and agility through a more consumerised work environment, and increasing employee retention.”
