Ricoh announced the integration of RICOH Supervisor and RICOH ProcessDirector to empower users to take their data analytics “to new heights”. This integration provides advanced visibility down to the document level, including insight into production volume as well as printer and inserter operator activities via customisable dashboards.
Clients can identify trends, detect production bottlenecks, reduce print consumables, and gain actionable insights to help their operation produce consistent output accurately and efficiently.
RICOH ProcessDirector is a vendor-neutral, workflow automation solution designed to capture, transform, and manage data and processes. It helps streamline operations, optimise productivity, increase profitability, and achieve 100% output integrity, Ricoh said.
RICOH ProcessDirector is a scalable workflow and communication solution available with both subscription and perpetual pricing options.
Connecting RICOH ProcessDirector and RICOH Supervisor empowers clients to use historical data to generate trend reports for capacity planning, production optimisation, and operator productivity. In addition, users can identify opportunities, detect preventative actions, offer increased visibility to piece-level, and delivery metrics to better understand costs.
