Ricoh added as gold status member
March 24, 2021
Ricoh’s global ability to deliver leading digital services locally has been recognised with gold status in the Microsoft Content Services Partner Programme.
The programme recognises companies that offer end-to-end software and services that connect entire workplaces and enable intelligent content management. It has three core objectives:
- Connecting people to knowledge by streamlining access to information, resources and expertise within the organisation
- Processing content through intelligent categorisation and process automation
- Connecting and managing content to improve security and compliance
Ricoh explained that it demonstrated its expertise across these areas with the corporate intranet migration project of Puig, the international beauty and fashion company.
In just one month, its spaces and content (more than 2TB) were successfully migrated to SharePoint Online, allowing Puig to benefit from the features that Microsoft 365 brings to the company. With the ongoing support of Ricoh, governance guidelines were established for full functioning of the site both at corporate and external staff level. Puig now has an accessible and dependable resource for hosting and storing documents, as well as a powerful online collaboration tool with Ricoh support.
Alberto Mariani, Senior Vice President of Office Services, Ricoh Europe, said: “New ways of working require collaboration without technological limitations. A huge part of this is ensuring the very best digital experience possible. Driving digital transformation focused on delivering enhanced customer and employee choice, experience and value has moved from aspirational to essential for the modern business. We are incredibly proud to be a Microsoft Content Services Partner Program and consider it a testament to our ability to ensure seamless digital experiences and empower people to work together from anywhere.”
