PrintReleaf tops 1,500 trees daily
September 12, 2018
The reforestation project, which offsets paper usage by planting trees in response, now reforests at a rate of more than 1,500 every day.
PrintReleaf guarantees to certifiably “releaf” the planet based on the paper consumption of its customers.
Recent new clients have included Canadian commercial printer Solisco, California imaging specialist Image Options, and New York printing consortium QMC Group.
“The PrintReleaf reforestation rate – our most meaningful measure of success – now exceeds 1500 standard trees planted per day,” Jordan Darragh, CEO and founder, announced to Earth Island. “We attribute our success to the continuing adoption of PrintReleaf in the managed print services area, as well as a high number of commercial printers which began offering PrintReleaf since its introduction to the commercial print market at Print 17 in Chicago. Today, more than ever before, commercial printers and managed print services providers make PrintReleaf available to end users and print buyers.”
