Print Tracker announced the arrival of Remote Technician, a new feature that allows Print Tracker customers to access the embedded web page of any device remotely.

Not only can the webpage be accessed, but it can also be interacted with. Wherever users can access an internet browser, you can modify device settings, verify supply levels, check page counts, and even upgrade the firmware.
Instead of having to send out a technician to every service call, now users can check on the status of the machine from the office. If a service visit is needed, Remote Technician allows technicians to pre-diagnose device problems from the office, making their visit as efficient and productive as possible.
