Print-Rite highlights its “rigorous” testing methods

In one of Print-Rite’s latest blog posts, the company has highlighted its different testing methods of raw materials, finished cartridges and packaging.
Testing methods explained by Print-Rite are its raw materials qualify control, quality inspection, CNAS lab tests, salt spray test and the drop test.
To ensure quality from start to finish, Print-Rite said it monitors all raw materials are excellent quality and ready for production. Its Quality Assurance (QA) team evaluates raw materials using a strict supplier approval process to confirm quality is achieved throughout every level of the production process.
The company added that every product undergoes a strict quality inspection conducted by its trained Quality Control (QC) team. The company added that it has enhanced its quality inspection methods by sampling 10% of each batch of finished products.
Its CNAS lab (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) offers a wide range of standardised test methods, such as aging tests, ISO 19752 (the standard of testing monochrome toner cartridge) and ISO 19798 (the standard of testing colour toner cartridge) printing tests.
The salt spray test is a standardised test method to test materials exposed to the environment that are subjected to severe conditions within a set period.
Print-Rite also applies the drop test to ensure that the packaging withstands any damage and continues to protect the product inside. Its engineers analyse the results for product and packaging optimisation.
