Phishing alert: Fake “Due Date Notice” email posing as The Recycler

We want to alert our readers and customers about a recent phishing attempt using our brand name to deceive businesses.
The fraudulent email, which falsely claims to be from “The Recycler,” was sent from the address info@citrasat.co.id with the subject line “Re: Due Date Notice.” This email is not from us and should be ignored and blocked as spam.

The email is an attempt to trick recipients into providing payment information or transferring money to fraudulent accounts. We urge our customers not to respond to this email and to be vigilant against similar scams.

Do Not Respond: Do not reply to the email or provide any payment information.
Block and Mark as Spam: Immediately mark the email as spam and block the sender’s address.
